Pile Design and Inspection is typically completed on all pile types including cast-in-place (CIP), compacto (Franki), continuous flight, screw and driven piles. E2K has been retained by a large local piling contractor in Alberta, to complete their CIP pile designs. As part of the confirmation of any pile design, pile inspection independent of the contractor must be completed. This includes verification of assumed soil parameters, groundwater conditions, and specified steel reinforcement. Testing of concrete is typically included as part of this service.
